Ordering and shipment confirmation:

After you place your order, you will receive two emails from . The first email is a receipt/confirmation which will arrive within minutes of submitting your order. You will also receive a tracking number email from us once the parcel was shipped

When will my order arrive?

Orders processing time is within 24hours from your confirmation time

Once an order is shipped, it can take 1-2 business days to arrive (Note:Please keep track your parcel , If the parcel not reaching within 2 business days please inform us).

At this time, cannot ship internationally.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs for West Malaysia will be calculated based on item weight/dimension
First Rate(1KG) - RM8
Subsequent Rate(1KG) - RM2.5

Shipping costs for East Malaysia will be calculated based on item weight/dimension
First Rate(1KG) - RM18
Subsequent Rate(1KG) - RM10

Do you offer expedited shipping?

All expedited orders placed before 12am EST Monday - Friday will ship on the same day. 

Do you offer Cash On Delivery ?
Yes , Kindly place your order and deposit RM50 or RM100 to confirm the order  . Currently for self-pickup/COD area only in Mont Kiara KL area . All order received after 12pm , the order will be arranged for next day collection .

What is your return policy?

We always make sure all our products are in good condition before packing otherwise we will inform you if we have no replacement stock.
Goods sold are not returnable or refundable unless you received an incorrect item/wrong model(s) or any factory defected item(s) - subjects to manufacturer approval
However, if the item(s) is has a defect and approved by warranty department/manufacturer , customer can look for exchange within 3 days from the date of received with us by email or telephone excepted Apple product and any special order item have to direct send to manufacturer warranty centre . Any late response will not be entertained. We will track the date you received your order. Please provide photos and describe the damage in email to [email protected].
All delivery cost (from and to) will be borne by customers
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition.
The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. Once the brand new sealed broken we will imposed Rm30 as open box charges.
AceGadgets will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods /products, customer will received their refund within 14 days after the confirmation.

The shipping fee charged only for one time shipment. AceGadgets shall not be liable for next shipment charges due to wrong information provided by customer or re-delivery after customer unavailable to take delivery in the first delivery.
